Fireworks in the last hand of the level. Tommie Janssen on the button and Alexandre Annovazzi engaged in a bigger pot and the latter bet the Ac 7h 2s Ah 5h river for 24,000. Janssen called and then mucked when Annovazzi showed him Jh 9h for a back door flush. Annovazzi climbed to 130,000, Janssen fell to 210,000.
Over on the other table, Michael Lech shoved the button for 31,100 and Mohamed Bourhaleb called in the small blind. Once the other hand was completed, the cards were tabled.
Lech: 9c 8d
Bourhaleb: Ad 10d
The Kc Kd 7h flop provided no help, but Lech added “this is exciting” when he picked up a ton of outs on the 6h turn. It was the 8h river that let him double and Bourhaleb fell to 35,000, Lech is back to 65,000.
