French Busts in Last Two Hands – 21 Advance from Day 1c

NLHE $50,000 GTD Event #3 Day 1c 21/96

In the last two hands of the night, one further casualty took place and it was Dominick French who failed to make Day 2.

The first hand saw him check-raise the Ac 6d 2s flop from 5,500 to 11,600 against Ben Beighle and the latter called. The 10d fell on the turn and French shoved with ace-queen, Beighle called with As 10h for slightly less chips. A blank 6c on the river left French short.

Then, Chan Ping Hsiung raised to 4,500 and Stephane Genet called. French moved all in for 5,700 and both opponents called. On the Ad Ks 4c flop, Hsiung check-folded to a bet of Genet and the cards were tabled.

French: As 10d

Genet: Ah Kd

The 5s turn and 2s river left French with no chips and the day ended with 21 players.
