Rivkin Busts One
$365 NLHE Event #22 Day 1 57/115
Level 9: 300-600 / Ante 100
The biggest score of Jason Rivkin was earlier this year in Las Vegas when he came second to Tony Dunst in a $1,000 Event at the WSOP in Sin City. Rivkin has just arrived on Sint Maarten and jumped into this event as warm up for the Main Event.
After his raise, a short stack shoved for another 8,700 and the chips were pulled in. It was 8,700 to call and Rivkin eventually did so with the Ac 8d. His opponent held Ks Qs and improved on the Qh 10d 4s flop. The 5c turn was a blank, but the As on the river gave Rivkin the lead once again and now 72,000 in chips.
