Two Double Ups
$1,675 NLHE Event #25 Day 2 27/224
Level 18: 2,500-5,000 / Ante 500
Marvin Rosen was the shortest stack coming back from the break and shoved for less than 10 big blinds with the Qs Qc. Gilian Petrovski called in the big blind with Ad 10d and the board came 10c 7h 8h 9c 8c to see Rosen double to 79,000, Petrovski has 50,000 left.
And then, Daniel Wojcik raised to 12,000 from the button and Gerald Fuchs three-bet all in for 130,500 from the small blind. Michael Lech gave it plenty of thought and moved all in from the big blind also. Wojcik folded and the cards were tabled.
Fuchs: As 9s
Lech: 9c 9h
The board ran out Ah 10c 4s Ks Kd and Fuchs celebrated his double up, while Lech simply grinned and said “no gamble no future.”
