In half an hour from now at 3.30 p.m. local time, the fourth World Series of Poker Circuit ring will be up for grabs at the inaugural Caribbean festival at the Casino Royale on Sint Maarten. After 14 levels of 30 minutes each on Day 1, the field of 104 entries has been whittled down to the final 12 and they are all in the money. Jean Luc Adam burst the bubble with a set of sevens and the Frenchman is also the dominating chip leader with 231,400.
His nearest follower is Walter Treccarichi with 135,000 followed by Joachim Lob (113,500) and Sylvie Renelier. Other notables that made it through include Robbie Bakker (92,800), Arman Bosnakyan (80,600), Jacco van Limpt (80,100) and fellow Dutchman Mohammed Elmazouni (76,900).

The action will recommence with level 15 and blinds of 1,500-3,000 and a running ante of 500. A min-cash is worth $430, but all eyes are set on the first-place payout of $6,240, the WSOP Circuit ring and the $100 bounty prize for knocking out an opponent.
Besides two Satellites, the next WSOP Circuit ring event of the festival will kick off at 6 p.m. local time with Day 1 of the $365 Pot Limit Omaha Event #19. The first day of the tournament will play a total of 15 levels of 30 minutes each and should bag up around 3 in the morning.
